Ingredients for 5 servings
Heat water in heavy large pot and add the meat, salt and pepper. After it boils, strain pot's content and keep the broth.
In a small pot mix the oil with the chopped onions and roast them. Add the tomato sauce and a little broth.
In a pan in the oven, mix small pot's content with 2 - 2 1/2lt broth. After they boil, add the noodles and leave them for 5 minutes. In the end, add the meat and leave them for 2 more minutes so the meat will get browned. Take it off the oven and serve.
