Vlach noodles (with white cheese)

Ingredients:

  • 500gr noodles
  • 300gr chopped white cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Ingredients for 4 servings

 

Preparation:

Heat water in a medium pot and bring to boil. Add the butter, the noodles and the salt. Simmer for 6 minutes, add the white cheese and mix them with a scoop.

After 1 minute remove from heat, ladle the noodles into bowls and serve.
